Blue Silence

Commissioned by Mr. Dan, I created a painting for his living room. The living room is very large, with one wall over 6 meters wide. The painting needed to be over 3 meters long, ultimately settling on 3.2m x 1.2m – such a large canvas was necessary to match the space. Mr. Dan didn't have specific requirements regarding the style or theme; he simply said, "This painting should bring inner peace and a sense of hope from the lush greenery. It should be something to be quietly appreciated and savored."
Based on these requirements, I conceived and created "Blue Silent ," portrays a quiet and distant lakeside landscape. The cool blue water reflects layers of dense forest, where the trees seem to emerge slowly from mist and memory. The small boat in the foreground and the tiny figure along the shore emphasize the vast silence of the natural space, as if time itself has paused in a slow-moving moment.
Rather than documenting a real place, the painting evokes a sense of distance, contemplation, and inner stillness.
